L2 CIAM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced L2 CIAM Specialist to join Ericsson’s Enterprise Applications team. The role involves supporting and managing critical CIAM platforms in a 24/7 production environment, ensuring high availability, performance and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production systems, ensuring performance and stability.
• Investigate and resolve incidents reported by L1 teams, coordinating with L3 and vendors.
• Handle trouble tickets, day‑to‑day customer issues and ad‑hoc requests.
• Deploy change requests and maintain smooth system operation.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.
• Ensure SLA compliance and participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, learning and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a 24/7 environment.

Required skills

• ForgeRock CIAM configuration and operations.
• Red Hat OpenShift container orchestration.
• Log analysis with Splunk or ELK.
• SQL and database expertise (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle WebCenter Sites administration.
• SSO, LDAP, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML.
• Shell and Python scripting.
