AI Specialist – Full Stack & Automation

About the role

We are seeking an AI Specialist to join our team in Dubai Investment Park. The role combines full‑stack development with AI, automation and digital transformation to modernise our internal processes and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain in‑house business applications.
• Analyse departmental workflows and convert manual, Excel‑based processes into automated solutions.
• Collaborate with Joinery, MEP, Manufacturing, Projects, Procurement, Finance, HR and other units to identify automation opportunities.
• Build AI‑powered tools for production planning, scheduling, reporting, estimation, material planning, quality analysis and workflow optimisation.
• Create dashboards, reports and management information systems for decision‑making.
• Develop an internal AI chatbot to assist employees with information retrieval and system interaction.
• Implement an internal task‑management platform similar to Jira for tracking departmental tasks and projects.
• Design scalable, maintainable architecture while ensuring performance and future growth.
• Work directly with department heads, stakeholders and senior management to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on adopting AI tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of professional experience in full‑stack development with a focus on AI and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of taking ownership from design through deployment.
