PMO Analyst – IT Project Management Office

About the role

Support the centralized IT PMO by ensuring compliance with governance standards, improving project delivery processes, and providing data‑driven insights through effective reporting and tool management.

Key responsibilities

• Review projects for compliance with PMO policies, standards, and stage‑gate processes; conduct health checks and assurance reviews.
• Assist Project Managers in adopting PMO processes, managing risks and issues, capturing lessons learned, and implementing corrective actions.
• Administer the PMO tool (Asana), handling configuration, user access, templates, workflows, and training.
• Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and reports covering portfolio status, risks, resources, milestones, and KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a PMO or Project Analyst role within IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or P3O are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana for portfolio management.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience in project compliance reviews, risk management, and process support.
