Associate Director – Cost Estimating & Management (Aviation)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Director to lead cost and commercial advisory services for aviation projects across the Middle East. You will work closely with airport authorities, government bodies and private investors to shape investment decisions and deliver complex airport programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement regional aviation cost and commercial strategy aligned with global best practices.
• Lead development of capital expenditure plans, cost models and investment strategies for large‑scale airport infrastructure.
• Oversee procurement strategies, commercial structuring and contract frameworks for major programmes.
• Mentor and manage a team of cost and commercial professionals, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Maintain a robust aviation cost benchmark database to support advisory work.
• Drive business development, client engagement and key account management within the aviation sector.
• Prepare strategic bids, proposals and commercial submissions for major opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience on global aviation projects, particularly in the Middle East.
• Proven track record in strategic cost leadership and commercial management.
• Strong client‑facing skills with senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver integrated solutions.
