Automotive Parts Procurement Officer

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an Automotive Parts Procurement Officer to join a prestigious Luxury Classic Auto Studio in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for automotive parts, restoration materials, premium vehicle components, and workshop requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for parts, tools, equipment, materials and services.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers for classic car components and restoration materials.
• Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate terms and secure cost‑effective agreements.
• Ensure purchased items meet quality, authenticity, specifications and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with workshop teams and management to understand procurement needs.
• Research and source rare or discontinued classic automotive parts.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to avoid shortages or excess.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in automotive procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience with luxury vehicles, classic cars or restoration projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, spare parts, tools and workshop materials.
• Proven ability in supplier sourcing, negotiation and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
