About the role
As a Bell Attendant at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming first impressions and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with luggage handling.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintain the bell desk area and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Handle guest check‑in and check‑out assistance when needed.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina to lift and move luggage.
Required skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems (preferred).
