About the role

As a Bell Attendant at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming first impressions and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with luggage handling.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
Maintain the bell desk area and ensure equipment is in good working order.
Handle guest check‑in and check‑out assistance when needed.

Required profile

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical stamina to lift and move luggage.

Required skills

Customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems (preferred).
