About the role

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Brain Injury Medicine Doctor to join a multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The consultant will provide specialized care for patients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, overseeing diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with various brain injuries.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies to manage symptoms and promote recovery.
• Coordinate with neurologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about injury, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date medical records.
• Stay current with advancements in brain injury medicine through continuing education.

Required profile

• Medical degree and a valid license to practice as a Brain Injury Medicine Doctor.
• Residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, or a related field.
• Specialization or fellowship training in Brain Injury Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Brain Injury Medicine or a related specialty.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing brain injuries.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Empathy, compassion, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
