About the role
The Chef de Partie will lead back‑of‑house operations for Majid Al Futtaim's food and beverage outlets in Dubai, ensuring every dish meets the brand’s high standards for quality, safety and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen stations during shifts, managing staff, timing of delivery and temperature control.
- Maintain strict health, safety and food hygiene standards, including allergy awareness and proper labeling.
- Control food production to minimise waste, rotate stock efficiently and keep the kitchen clean and organised.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience in upscale restaurant or hotel kitchens, with supervisory exposure.
- Hospitality certificate/diploma, PIC Level 2 and food‑safety certification (HACCP preferred).
- Professional appearance, strong English communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
