Client Advisor (Arabic Speaker) – Luxury Retail

About the role

Alexander McQueen is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Client Advisor to join its Level Shoes store in Dubai. The role is focused on delivering a memorable luxury shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales through personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, providing expert knowledge of McQueen products, heritage and craftsmanship.
• Identify and act on cross‑selling opportunities across all product categories.
• Recruit, maintain and develop client relationships using a custom‑made approach supported by CRM and digital tools.
• Meet individual and store KPI targets through tailored client experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards and contribute to a cohesive store environment.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and able to convey brand history and values.
• Client‑centric mindset with a proven ability to build loyalty.
• Strong selling skills and a results‑driven attitude.
• Team player who embraces empowerment, teamwork, respect and kindness.
