Clinical Education Manager – Interventional Urology (Emerging Markets & APAC)

About the role

The Clinical Education Manager will lead clinical training for Coloplast’s interventional urology portfolio across Emerging Markets and APAC. Based in Dubai, you will bridge clinical expertise with commercial strategy, delivering high‑impact education to healthcare professionals, distributors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for HCPs, medical staff and business partners on safe product use and therapy concepts.
• Educate and certify distributors, ensuring consistent product positioning across markets.
• Develop and continuously improve training modules, digital learning tools and educational materials, adapting content to regional needs while maintaining global standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to plan workshops, scientific events and KOL engagement.
• Lead regional hands‑on workshops, cadaveric courses and provide on‑site clinical support when required.
• Track training effectiveness, report outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Business.
• Proven experience in clinical education, preferably within medical devices or interventional urology.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to work in multi‑market environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
