About the role

Ardens Medical Center is expanding its healthcare facility in Dubai and seeking dedicated Clinical Psychologists and Registered Nurses to join its multidisciplinary team. The positions focus on delivering high‑quality patient care, conducting clinical assessments, and upholding clinical standards within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical care and therapeutic support aligned with healthcare best practices.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor progress, and establish individual treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and clinical documentation according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff across multidisciplinary care teams.
• Adhere to health‑facility safety protocols, professional ethics, and quality management standards.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Nursing or Clinical Psychology with appropriate professional licensing/registration.
• Mental health or psychiatric clinical experience is strongly preferred, especially for Registered Nurse applicants.
• Competencies in clinical assessment procedures, medical documentation, patient safety protocols, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
