Club Lounge Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join Raffles The Palm Dubai, a landmark luxury resort, as the Club Lounge Supervisor. You will report to the Raffles Club Manager and be responsible for delivering exceptional service to VIP guests throughout the lounge’s operating hours.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all Club Lounge staff, ensuring seamless service from guest arrival to departure.
• Maintain service standards and a welcoming atmosphere during operating hours.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to select food for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and Cocktail Hours.
• Personally greet guests, creating a warm and personalized experience.
• Maintain an efficient repeat‑guest history system and promote inter‑hotel sales and in‑house facilities.
• Prepare welcome letters for Raffles Club guests and monitor comment cards and feedback.
• Handle special guest requests and resolve complaints with follow‑up actions.
• Compile, analyze, and control Club costs and inventory, preparing requisitions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality or club lounge environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to anticipate VIP needs.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a small team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential guest information.
