Director, Wellness Operations – Fairmont & Raffles

About the role

The Director, Wellness Operations will lead the performance, development and delivery of spa, fitness and wellness services across Raffles and Fairmont hotels, ensuring each property brings the brand’s wellness vision to life.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational performance and development of wellness across the portfolio.
• Ensure brand wellness standards and guest experiences are implemented.
• Review commercial and operational performance, including revenue, productivity and KPIs.
• Assist pre‑openings, renovations and repositioning projects from planning through launch.
• Conduct operational reviews and property visits, recommending actions.
• Develop treatment menus, wellness programmes, fitness experiences and retail strategies.
• Establish staffing structures, productivity expectations and operating routines.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of spa and wellness leaders.
• Implement brand standards, SOPs, training tools and quality frameworks.
• Identify best practices, operational improvements and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior experience within luxury hotel spa and wellness operations (preferred).
• Experience supporting multiple hotels, pre‑openings or renovation projects (preferred).
• Strong commercial understanding of spa and wellness performance.
• Experience implementing operational standards, training and service concepts.
• International luxury hospitality experience (desirable).
• Degree or relevant professional qualification (preferred).
