Cluster People & Culture Officer

About the role

The Cluster People & Culture Officer supports daily HR operations across two hotels within the Colbert Collection, ensuring smooth administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while complying with UAE Labour Law. This role contributes to a positive workplace culture and an engaging experience for all team members.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR system data.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, certificates, and other HR correspondence.
• Support probation reviews, performance management, transfers, promotions, and other employee movements.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll‑related documentation, and employee data changes.
• Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
• Assist with employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing initiatives, and HR projects.
• Liaise with Government Relations for visas, Emirates IDs, medicals, and occupational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, UAE Labour Law, and local regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, presentations, and monthly statistics.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
