HR Manager (On-site)

About the role

This senior HR position oversees all human‑resources activities across the Middle East for Delta Electronics, acting as the primary HR contact for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business direction across the Middle East.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and off‑boarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Arrange employee‑relations activities and resolve workplace issues confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
• Promote and reinforce the company’s core values throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR roles in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of the complete employee lifecycle and local regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity and professionalism with ability to handle confidential matters.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, currently based in the UAE with valid residency and work authorization.
