About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant Anesthesiologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver safe and effective anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre‑operative assessments and risk evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia techniques safely.
• Continuously monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
• Provide postoperative pain management and support patient recovery.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and manage anesthesia‑related complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of anesthesiology best practices and adhere to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Medical degree with certification from the American Board of Anesthesiology, UK CCT, or an equivalent Western qualification.
• Valid license to practice as a Consultant Anesthesiologist in the UAE.
• Proven experience in a reputable healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
