Consultant - Business Process Improvement (Capital Projects Consulting)

About the role

Protiviti’s Capital Projects Consulting practice is seeking a Consultant to drive Business Process Improvement initiatives for government and private‑sector clients across the UAE, KSA, Bahrain and Qatar. The role involves leading change‑management programmes, conducting As‑Is and gap assessments, and designing future‑state processes that enhance project delivery and asset operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to Business Process Improvement, policy & procedure, and change‑management assignments.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations, As‑Is analyses and gap assessments.
• Design customer personas, journey maps and future‑state (“To‑Be”) processes.
• Develop To‑Be KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics.
• Create forms, templates and procedural frameworks aligned with client policies.
• Support implementation of change‑management programmes and monitor adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business process improvement or change‑management projects.
• Experience in construction, development or capital‑projects environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, client expectations and tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
