Consultant ENT Surgeon (Head & Neck & Airway Management) Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant ENT Surgeon to deliver advanced otolaryngology care in Dubai, focusing on head and neck surgery, airway reconstruction, and complex airway management. The role involves outpatient clinics, elective and emergency surgeries, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams within a leading healthcare institution.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult and pediatric ENT conditions.
• Perform advanced head and neck surgeries, including thyroid, parathyroid, salivary gland, neck mass, and oncologic procedures.
• Lead complex airway management, tracheostomy care, airway reconstruction, and endoscopic airway interventions.
• Conduct outpatient clinics, diagnostic assessments, and follow‑up care.
• Manage emergency ENT cases such as airway obstruction, epistaxis, and trauma.
• Perform a full range of ENT surgeries: endoscopic sinus surgery, otologic procedures, laryngeal surgery, and head & neck oncology.
• Collaborate with anesthesiology, oncology, radiology, pulmonology, and ICU teams.
• Participate in tumor boards, airway committees, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Teach and supervise residents, fellows, and allied health professionals.
• Engage in research, publications, and service development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with completed residency and fellowship in Otolaryngology/ENT.
• Western Board Certification (e.g., UK CCT, US Board, Canadian FRCSC, Australian/NZ Fellowship) or equivalent.
• Sub‑specialty fellowship in Head & Neck Surgery and/or Airway Surgery preferred.
• Eligibility for a DHA Consultant License.
• Minimum 8 years of post‑fellowship experience.
