Consultant Pediatric Rehabilitation Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant in Pediatric Rehabilitation to assess and manage children with physical, developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage pediatric rehabilitation cases such as cerebral palsy, developmental delay, and neuromuscular disorders.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans and set treatment goals.
• Lead and coordinate physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate families on home‑based rehabilitation programs.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with UAE healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Consultant qualification in Pediatric Rehabilitation, PM&R, Pediatrics, Neurology, or Orthopedics with rehabilitation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Eligible for DHA/DOH medical licensing.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
