Consultant Neurosurgeon – Dubai (Tax‑Free Salary)

About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in Dubai is expanding its neurosurgical, brain and spine services. The organisation seeks an experienced Consultant Neurosurgeon to join a multidisciplinary clinical team and deliver high‑quality care to a diverse, international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with neurological, brain and spinal disorders.
• Perform elective and emergency neurosurgical procedures, including cranial, spinal and minimally invasive surgeries.
• Interpret CT, MRI, angiography and other neuroimaging studies to devise treatment plans.
• Provide pre‑operative assessment, post‑operative care, complication management and long‑term follow‑up.
• Collaborate with neurology, neuro‑oncology, radiology, anaesthesia, critical care and rehabilitation teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, tumour boards and clinical governance activities.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant Neurosurgeon or Neurosurgery Specialist.
• Recognised qualifications such as American Board of Neurological Surgery, UK CCT/FRCS Neurosurgery, European Board or Royal College certification.
• Experience in managing brain tumours, spinal tumours, traumatic brain injury, intracranial haemorrhage, hydrocephalus and degenerative spinal conditions.

• Neuroimaging interpretation (CT, MRI, angiography).
• Patient assessment, postoperative care and complication management.
