Consultant Otolaryngology (ENT) – Western Qualified

About the role

Our leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a qualified Consultant Otolaryngologist (ENT) to deliver comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult and pediatric patients. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to high‑quality ENT services.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of ENT conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency ENT surgeries and endoscopic procedures.
• Conduct outpatient consultations, follow‑ups, and postoperative care.
• Handle complex head and neck cases when required.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with UAE healthcare standards.
• Mentor junior doctors and engage in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology/ENT (CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, FRACS or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of consultant‑level experience preferred.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
