About the role

Health7Careers is expanding its Internal Medicine Department in Dubai and seeks a Board‑Certified Consultant/Specialist Internal Medicine Physician. The role involves delivering high‑quality adult care in a modern multispecialty hospital, serving a diverse international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for adult patients, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases.
• Conduct thorough medical evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
• Manage conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular, respiratory, and infectious diseases.
• Deliver preventive health services, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
• Coordinate emergency care and ensure appropriate inpatient admission when needed.
• Develop and adjust evidence‑based treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with subspecialists (cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, pulmonology) and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to UAE healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Internal Medicine.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑specialist or board certification experience.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team within a hospital setting.
• Strong commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
