About the role

A leading US law firm is hiring an NQ‑2 corporate associate for its expanding Abu Dhabi practice. The role provides exposure to high‑value regional and cross‑border transactions, collaborating with sovereign wealth funds, government‑linked entities, institutional investors and international corporates. It offers a junior lawyer the chance to take on significant responsibility and work closely with a seasoned corporate team as the practice continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Private M&A and strategic investments
• Private equity transactions
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Sovereign and institutional investments
• Cross‑border transactions and corporate restructurings
• Due diligence and transaction documentation
• Collaborate with major sovereign wealth funds, government‑related entities, institutional investors and international corporates
• Gain direct exposure to a highly experienced corporate team during the practice’s early growth phase

Required profile

• Trained with a top‑tier corporate practice, preferably in the UAE or with Middle East experience
• Experience from a Magic/Silver Circle/US firm with a strong corporate/M&A seat or relevant post‑qualification experience
