Course Advisor

About the role

The Course Advisor will support prospective students in selecting, applying for, and enrolling in Pearson BTEC programmes across Business, IT, Engineering and the Aviation Maintenance Engineering pathway. This role is central to delivering a smooth admissions experience and helping the institution meet its enrolment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through programme selection, admissions and enrolment for Pearson BTEC programmes in Business, IT, Engineering and Aviation Maintenance Engineering.
• Manage the end‑to‑end admissions journey, ensuring accurate entry and upkeep of CRM records.
• Coordinate with Academic, Finance and Operations teams to resolve queries and support student onboarding.
• Meet individual and team enrolment targets through proactive outreach and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Course Advisor or in student admissions.
• Proven track record of achieving enrolment or admissions targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
