Customer Success Manager (Microsoft)

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot expert to drive AI adoption and real business change for enterprise customers across the region. Based in Dubai, you will join a fast‑growing Microsoft‑focused technology consultancy that has just secured two large projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Copilot workshops to executives, end‑users and departmental teams.
• Identify practical Copilot use cases for functions such as marketing, operations and support.
• Map current customer processes and design improved workflows with Copilot.
• Train and support users to ensure effective, sustained adoption.
• Guide customers through change‑management and new ways of working.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering Microsoft Copilot workshops or training.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
• 3‑5 years of experience, preferably in consulting or business analysis.
• Technical or engineering degree is a plus.
• Confident presenter to senior stakeholders.
• Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication skills and curiosity about AI’s impact on work.
