Cyber Insurance Associate (Product Sales)

About the role

Marsh Risk Consulting is seeking a proactive Cyber Insurance Associate to join its Cyber Specialty team in Dubai. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients, delivering tailored cyber insurance solutions and helping organisations manage their cyber risk.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, handling communications and escalating complex issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, prospects and UAE on‑shore insurance markets.
• Develop expertise in cyber insurance to advise corporate and risk‑management teams and articulate Marsh’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with the DIFC‑based cyber team to align client requirements with commercial terms.
• Work with Sales and Client Executives to present insurance terms and solutions.
• Manage client onboarding and lifecycle of cyber insurance programmes.
• Organise internal workshops and external client events to raise awareness of cyber risk and Marsh solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives for the corporate segment and mentor junior cyber team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or a related field.
• Prior experience in insurance broking; experience in cyber‑insurance placement is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
