Head of Sales & Franchise Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Head of Sales & Franchise Development to lead our sales and business development activities in Dubai and across the GCC. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will shape the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our franchise and channel partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy, including direct, channel, franchise and strategic partnership models.
• Lead concept selling to secure investors, franchisees, customers and strategic accounts.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities in the GCC and internationally, and build relationships with C‑level executives, investors and developers.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, negotiations and deal closures while setting targets and KPIs.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing sales team and report performance and market insights to the CEO/Board.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership, with strong background in channel sales and/or franchise development.
• Proven success in concept selling, consultative or high‑value B2B sales and a solid network of C‑level executives, investors and strategic partners.
• Experience building and managing sales teams, preferably in the GCC/UAE.
• Background in amusement, entertainment, leisure, hospitality, retail, F&B, real estate, franchising, advertising or tourism is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
