Cybersecurity Recruiter – UAE

About the role

Adecco Middle East is looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Recruiter to join its internal team in the UAE. You will be responsible for attracting, assessing and hiring top cybersecurity talent for a range of technical and leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment pipeline and act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Scope new roles, design interview loops and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for permanent and direct‑hire positions.
• Partner with external recruiting agencies when needed.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events and referrals.
• Assess technical qualifications, certifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, certifications and market compensation.
• Develop employer branding initiatives and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in cybersecurity, IT or technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology and industry certifications.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
