Divisional Procurement Lead – Middle East & Asia

About the role

The Divisional Procurement Lead will drive procurement across the ISP division for the Middle East and Asia, overseeing a broad range of spend categories while owning the Facilities, Real Estate & Construction strategy. This senior role combines regional leadership, stakeholder partnership and global category management to deliver value, governance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regional procurement support for indirect categories and act as senior business partner to executives and school operators.
• Develop and execute multi‑year category strategies for Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction and related professional services.
• Lead complex sourcing programmes, negotiations and contracting initiatives to achieve measurable savings and operational improvements.
• Manage supplier escalations, compliance, risk and executive‑level relationship governance.
• Partner with Property, Finance, Legal and Operations leaders to drive demand management, sustainability and whole‑life cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic procurement business partner in multinational organisations.
• Strong background in indirect procurement, preferably with exposure to facilities management, property, construction or capital projects.
• Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex, decentralised organisations.
• Professional procurement qualification such as MCIPS, FCIPS or equivalent preferred.
