Early Years/Foundation Stage Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Early Years/Foundation Stage Supervisor to lead and support the early years programme in our Dubai school. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the British curriculum for young learners, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and coordinating with teaching staff to maintain high educational standards. The position is full‑time and based on‑site at the school campus in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in UAE or Gulf schools, preferably within a British‑curriculum setting (considered a bonus).
• Readiness to commence work immediately upon selection.
• Capability to quickly authenticate and submit all required documentation after interview or to have pre‑authenticated documents ready.
• Candidates must be able to provide authenticated copies of qualifications, work permits, and other relevant documents promptly.
