Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) – Full-Time in Dubai

About the role

ART Ambulance Services is looking for a dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join its Dubai team. You will provide patient care and safe transport in non‑emergency, inter‑facility, event and remote settings, ensuring high‑quality medical support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to dispatch calls and deliver protocol‑driven patient care.
• Transport patients safely between healthcare facilities.
• Provide basic life support and approved emergency procedures within EMT scope.
• Operate, clean and maintain the ambulance and onboard medical equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical crew, receiving facilities and first responders.
• Accurately document patient information on care records.

Required profile

• DCAS EMT license‑ready (preferably already held).
• Valid UAE driving licence and good knowledge of Dubai roads.
• Academic Diploma in Emergency Medical Services (540 hrs clinical practicum) or qualified Assistant/Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 1 year EMT experience post‑qualification or 2 years ER/ICU/CCU experience for nursing candidates.
• Completed DataFlow primary source verification and passed DCAS EMT Prometric exam.
• Current BLS, ACLS and Trauma Life Support (ITLS or PHTLS) certifications.
• Commitment to annual CPD/CME and DCAS OSCE renewal.
