Enterprise Marketing Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an Enterprise Marketing Manager for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region to drive engagement with enterprise customers and support growth of its enterprise technology portfolio. The role bridges the EMEA marketing team and local MEA marketing teams, turning regional strategies into actionable programs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a CIO/CxO engagement network across priority markets, leading executive programs, webinars, and solution events.
• Develop compelling narratives around hybrid AI, hybrid cloud, security, and sustainability, and create customer success stories.
• Design and implement Account‑Based Marketing frameworks and customer‑nurturing initiatives for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Support enterprise‑focused campaigns that generate leads and pipeline growth, tracking performance across Lenovo’s portfolio.
• Enable country marketing teams with frameworks, messaging, assets, and guidance to execute enterprise programs.
• Ensure alignment between EMEA strategy and MEA execution while collaborating closely with sales, solution experts, and CTOs.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, preferably in enterprise IT, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise solutions such as hybrid cloud, data‑center infrastructure, and AI platforms.
• Proven experience working with sales teams and senior IT decision‑makers (CIO/CTO level).
• Familiarity with account‑based marketing and ability to translate complex technology topics into compelling narratives.
