About the role

GRG International is looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to drive trade marketing initiatives across the region. You will oversee investment optimisation, analyse sell‑out data and shopper insights, and manage financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimise trade marketing investments, including strategic planning, performance analysis, recommendations, and ongoing tracking.
  • Analyse sell‑out data and shopper insights to develop actionable store‑level plans and lead their execution.
  • Manage monthly financial reporting for the region, ensuring adherence to trade spend budgets and preparing supporting documentation for debit notes.

Required profile

  • 3‑4 years of trade marketing experience with FMCG multinationals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.

Required skills

  • Advanced Excel for data analysis.
  • Proficiency with formulas.
  • Expertise in pivot tables.
  • Data visualization tools.
  • Data analysis techniques.
