Entry-Level Property Advisor – Luxury Rentals in Dubai

About the role

Engel & Völkers Dubai is looking for an ambitious, entry‑level Property Advisor to join its luxury lettings team. You will work with premium residential properties, receive full training and benefit from the brand’s global reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on renting premium and luxury properties in Dubai.
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business through calls, networking and digital platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insight.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and close deals.
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s fast‑moving real estate market.

Required profile

• Ambitious, target‑driven and financially motivated.
• Confident, resilient and positive under pressure.
• Strong communicator with excellent people skills.
• Comfortable with high activity levels (calls, meetings, viewings).
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
• Aged 21 + with a valid driving licence (or working towards one).
• Willing to relocate to Dubai and able to financially support yourself during the initial months.
