Inside Sales Executive

About the role

You are the first voice a KOBS client hears. Your job is to turn an enquiry into a real conversation, discover the client’s true needs and guide them to the next step with our team. Occasionally you will appear on camera for KOBS social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
• Understand each client’s goals, budget, timeline and whether they are buying to live or to invest.
• Qualify leads and pass serious prospects to the team with clear, useful notes.
• Log every conversation and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Build relationships that outlast the first call.
• Appear on camera for company social media content when required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of telecalling, telesales or inside sales experience.
• Strong command of English, spoken and written.
• Additional languages are a strong plus (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or others).
• Confidence speaking on camera.
• Resilience to handle objections, rejection and a full day of calls.
• Organised follow‑up habits so nothing slips.
• A genuine interest in Dubai’s property market.
• Currently residing in Dubai.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 3,000‑5,000 per month.
• Healthy commissions on top of the base salary.
