ERP Sales & Marketing Manager – Jewellery Industry

About the role

Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for an experienced ERP Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its specialised ERP solutions for the jewellery sector. The role focuses on developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow market presence across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the jewellery industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that communicate the value proposition of ERP solutions.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and product development teams to ensure offerings meet market needs.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably selling ERP software or similar technology solutions.
• In‑depth knowledge of the jewellery industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, lead generation, and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Strategic, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
