Parts Advisor – Automotive After‑Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join Al Futtaim Automotive’s after‑sales team in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between customers, workshop teams and the parts department, ensuring the right components are supplied quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source correct automotive parts for retail customers and workshop operations.
• Process sales orders, quotations and reservations while maintaining accurate records in SAP.
• Coordinate parts availability with Service Advisors and technicians, providing timely updates.
• Support inventory control activities and help minimise financial losses through accurate stock management.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with a strong automotive background.
• 3‑5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or after‑sales support.
• Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP for order and customer data management.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
