Sales Coordinator

About the role
The Sales Coordinator will support showroom operations by ensuring vehicles are prepared, documented, and delivered to customers efficiently. This role involves coordinating with sales teams, workshops, drivers, and external service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles meet preparation standards before handover.
- Work with workshops for cleaning, servicing, and accessory installation.
- Manage vehicle registration, insurance, number plates, invoices, and other sales documentation.
- Prepare demonstration vehicles for test drives, ensuring they are clean and fueled.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and provide accurate stock information to the sales team.
- Support showroom vehicle displays and maintain display standards.
Required profile
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
