F&B Marketing Manager – Advertising & Brand Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced F&B Marketing Manager to lead advertising and brand initiatives for its multi‑concept food and beverage portfolio. You will shape seasonal activations and ongoing campaigns that drive guest covers, revenue, and brand awareness for a resort slated to open in Spring 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute F&B marketing strategies across multiple concepts, focusing on growth in guest covers and total revenue.
• Own the F&B marketing calendar, ensuring prioritisation and alignment with revenue, sales and reservations teams.
• Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers and bar teams to adapt marketing plans to operational needs.
• Plan and coordinate creative asset production, including photo and video shoots, to maintain accurate brand representation.
• Manage external agencies and strategic partnerships, monitoring performance against objectives.
• Align PR, social and digital activities with the overall F&B master plan.
• Track and report campaign performance, providing analytics for future optimisation.
• Stay abreast of regional and global F&B trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food & beverage or nightlife marketing, preferably within a multi‑brand hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to use digital marketing platforms and analytics to drive strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE market and consumer behaviour.
