Financial Analyst – Finance Team

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports asset finance functions, delivering accurate reporting and enabling strategic decision‑making across the region and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct variance analysis, explain budget/forecast deviations and present key performance indicators to management.
• Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, supporting scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Ensure accounting processes and documentation comply with IFRS, SOX and local regulations; act as reference for accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate all phases of internal and external audits, liaise with auditors and implement audit recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regional headquarters and external partners to optimise financial processes and align with strategic objectives.
• Manage monthly tax payments, annual tax declarations and social declarations, staying current with regulatory changes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.
