Food & Beverage Attendant – In‑Room Dining

About the role

Join the NH Collection Dubai The Palm team as a Food & Beverage Attendant dedicated to in‑room dining. You will play a key part in delivering memorable, high‑quality service to guests, ensuring every meal experience reflects the brand’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Present menus, suggest items, and promote upselling opportunities.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly with proper presentation.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Process guest bills and payments according to hotel procedures.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and any concerns to supervisors.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel policies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
