Food & Beverage Service Expert – Club Lounge Server

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Club Lounge is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Service Expert to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. As a Server, you will be the face of the lounge, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a polished presentation for each guest.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and adhere to health‑safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces safely.
