Graduate Project Manager – Emirati National (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

WSP is seeking a motivated Graduate Project Manager who is an Emirati national to join its Integrated Design Leadership team within the Property & Buildings division. This full‑time position offers the chance to support innovative, sustainable design projects from concept through construction while working alongside experienced project leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organising and coordinating large, multidisciplinary design projects.
• Support tracking of project scope, deliverables and contractual requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, action logs and resource plans to align with programme milestones.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions between engineering and architectural disciplines.
• Facilitate communication with internal teams, clients and relevant authorities.
• Review design documentation for quality and compliance.
• Monitor risks, issues and progress, reporting updates to the Project Manager.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, preparing reports, minutes and presentations.
• Contribute to business unit strategy, sustainability and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a recent degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management.
• Strong academic record and a genuine interest in multidisciplinary design projects.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder and client interaction.
