Head of Planning for EPC Infrastructure

About the role
Procer Worldwide Technical Services, on behalf of Trojan Construction Holding, is seeking a senior professional to lead the planning function for its EPC mega‑infrastructure portfolio from the Abu Dhabi headquarters. The role combines tender planning and construction‑phase scheduling for projects exceeding AED 500 million.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire planning function, covering both tendering and construction phases.
- Report directly to the Board on all planning activities and performance.
- Supervise a planning team of approximately 30 professionals.
- Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning schedules.
Required profile
- 18–20 years of construction planning experience on mega‑infrastructure projects.
- 8–10+ years in senior planning leadership roles (Planning Director/Manager).
- UAE/GCC experience required, with at least 5 years on Saudi Arabia projects.
- Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, AACE PSP, PMI, CIOB, ICE.
