Head of Research / Research Director

About the role

Richmond Properties is expanding its research capabilities to better understand global investor demand for Dubai real estate. As Head of Research / Research Director you will lead the research and investment intelligence function, turning complex market data into actionable insights that guide the company’s international growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Research international investor markets to identify sources of demand for Dubai real estate.
• Analyse global capital flows, macro‑economic trends, taxation, regulation and market conditions.
• Build detailed profiles of HNW/UHNW investors, family offices, wealth managers, funds and institutional investors.
• Identify priority markets, investor segments and commercial opportunities for Richmond.
• Combine transaction data, market intelligence and primary research to develop actionable insights.
• Conduct interviews with investors, advisers, fund managers, developers and other market participants.
• Develop evidence‑based investment theses and compelling narratives.
• Produce concise, management‑grade research reports and present findings at roadshows, conferences and private events.

Required profile

• Senior research professional with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to synthesize fragmented information into clear, commercially relevant insight.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for high‑net‑worth audiences.
• Experience working in real‑estate or capital‑markets environments is preferred.
