About the role
The Health Safety Environment Officer will lead on‑site compliance and risk management for large infrastructure projects. Working closely with project execution teams, you will enforce corporate and authority safety standards and manage the Permit to Work system.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct hazard identification and comprehensive risk assessments.
- Develop project safety plans and execute site inspection protocols.
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) timelines and critical deliverables.
- Prepare HSE presentations, regulatory reports and safety compliance benchmarks.
- Coordinate with government inspectors, client auditors and subcontractors to secure safety approvals.
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) across multiple sites.
Required profile
- Highly motivated safety professional with at least 1 month of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
