About the role
Blue Bahar Engineering is seeking a reliable Heavy Trailer and Truck Vehicle Driver to join our logistics team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves transporting finished goods and raw materials between manufacturing plants, retail outlets and distribution centres while ensuring safety and punctuality.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily routes based on road and traffic conditions.
- Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants, retail and distribution centres.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Arrange regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle.
- Manage payment transactions related to deliveries.
- Meet delivery schedules and maintain accurate delivery records.
Required profile
- Valid UAE Heavy Trailer and Heavy Truck driving licence (light vehicle licence also acceptable).
- Proven experience driving heavy trailers and trucks.
- Ability to plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules.
- Familiarity with vehicle inspection and preventative maintenance.
