Hostess – Guest Reception at Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Hostess at Imperial Services, you will be the first point of contact for guests at Atlantis, The Palm, creating a welcoming first impression. You will greet guests, manage wait times, guide them to their tables and ensure a smooth departure, all while delivering the high standards of service expected in a luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and inform them of wait times.
• Monitor and manage the waiting list, escort guests to their tables, and bid them farewell.
• Engage in natural conversation, showcasing effective communication and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a fast‑paced, high‑quality service environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• International exposure or similar role experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
