HR Business Partner – Automotive & Trading

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a trusted advisor to senior line management within Al-Futtaim's Automotive and Trading divisions. This role requires deep business insight to design and implement HR strategies that drive growth, performance, meritocracy, and diversity while aligning with Group HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy and annual HR plan in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Lead organisational development initiatives, including succession planning, retention strategies, and learning & development programmes.
• Manage performance management cycles, talent reviews, and exit processes.
• Coordinate with the Group Training Department to deliver targeted training for high‑potential staff.
• Handle employee relations matters, promote a culture of engagement, and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Support new hires to become productive quickly and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor, preferably in a large, diversified organization.
• Strong understanding of organisational development, talent management, and employee relations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR compliance.
• Experience with succession planning, performance management, and learning & development frameworks.
